Leslie’s pizza looked so fresh and healthy. I never would have thought to put eggplant on a pizza, but will try it. Kudos to Leslie for growing and preserving the healthy ingredients and at the same time saving money and teaching her family healthy living!

Hello Leslie
Your video is great. I also never thought of using eggplant, great idea. Best of luck in the contest.

Very professional video, Leslie! I felt like I was watching the Create channel on PBS. I’m very impressed with the home-grown and local ingredients, especially since I recently read Animal, Vegetable, Miracle. You’re an inspiration!

This was fun. I might do it again with more time.
